Does Bulk Mockup work without Photoshop?

No. Bulk Mockup's own documentation says Adobe Photoshop CC 2022 or later is required.

Can Bulk Mockup use a flat JPG or PNG mockup directly?

Its documented workflow requires Smart Object-based PSD templates. Flat image mockups need to be converted into compatible PSD templates before they can be processed by the plugin.

Does 99tools require Photoshop skills?
